Re: General news

Where it all began (well, as far as releases are concerned)... on this day (15 October 1990) She's So High was released. Anyone here who was into Blur at the start? Can't say I was to be honest, I was 14 so in many ways perhaps should have been but was so wrapped up in The Beatles and exploring othe...

Re: The Beatles Thread

New film action coming soon to Disney ably assisted by Peter Jackson once again. A tie-in with the new Beatles US albums box-set. Makes sense. Happy to have this, I'm definitely passing on the albums though. Beatles '64, An All-New Documentary From Producer Martin Scorsese and Director David Tedesch...

Re: 2 New Blur Films Coming Soon: To The End / Wembley 2023

Live At Wembley is available now on Apple I see. My Blu-ray has dispatched too. Looking forward to seeing this again. Think I mentioned, but I had a ticket to a screening and didn’t make it in the end.

Re: The Waeve

Glad you like it too freestyle. Maybe I’m not mistaken then. Felt like a really strong album from those initial plays.

Would love to catch a live show. They played the harbour side festival in my home town of Bristol in the summer but I fancy a standalone gig if they come anywhere near to here.

Re: The Waeve

Who else bought the new album? I went for the red vinyl from Rough Trade. It turned up end of last week. I have only listened to the album a couple of times so far but I really like it. I need to revisit the first album again as it's a long time since I heard it, but from memory at least, I almost w...

Re: Guess the AI Image Blur Song Game

Neither of those, sadly. I don't blame you. I think the image was a duff one. Apologies everyone.

It was... drum roll... Crazy Beat.

Eh? What? I hear you all say. Yep, probably not a great one the AI spat out at me that time.
