I'll probably rip mine to MP3 then pack them away. Am hoping a Blu-ray appears after the cinema run.

I’d imagine the Blu-ray is coming for sure.
Fair play on ripping to mp3. I quite like playing the records but does mean they don’t remain as pristine as they could.

Mine has shipped from the Blur store. Not long now...

Same. I've packed the record player away so the vinyl will be packed too before house move. CD will be ripped. More excited by the Blu Ray, so might not even bother with this until then - yes, I know they're not the same gig /tracks...

Should be a nice thing to get stuck into this weekend for me if I get a little space to listen.
Good luck with the house move!

Mine has arrived. Teal vinyl looks ace. Looks more blue than I was expecting though. In photos it looked a bit more green-blue. Still, nice looking package. Hopefully have a listen tonight.

Mine arrived. Ripped the CD, vinyl still wrapped and both put away. Did have a quick listen and thought it was the same as all the Hyde Park gigs really. Shame.

Yeah, having Wembley on record is nice and all but there's so many other live albums now with similar setlists and the band sounds better and more energetic on all of the earlier ones.
It hurts that they pitched down some songs on these latest shows to suit Damon's older voice. If you have the other live albums like Hyde Park 2009 and Parklive, there's not really any reason to ever listen to the Wembley one. Maybe just if you want to hear the Darren songs live (of which there's only two) or if you REALLY like "Villa Rosie".
I watched the Hyde Park 2009 DVD religiously as a teenager (I'm younger than most on these forums I suspect) and it's slightly hilarious to me how it seems like they've put out almost the same gig on record and DVD three times over now.

Battling it out for this week’s number one album:

It’s currently leading in sales and would be Blur’s eighth number one album if it maintains its position.
