Does Everyone Get Lazier?

Post by freestyle45 »

Final post tonight to give this board and initial boost...

Does everyone and everything get lazier? Look any any artist and their chord sequences, lyrics, blah blah get Lazier.not sure if that's a word or correct spelling. Autocorrect is effing me off.

The Ballad is a great album, but the C Am F... chords is very ordinary. It happens to everyone, right? Is it a matter of doing something for so long, or just the day and age we're in?

more clever maybe? I've seen documentaries where Graham's explaining some of his guitar work in Modern life is rubbish, almost being frustrated and annoyed with himself for making the riffs unnecessarily complicated (and knowing he had to then play them live). I think with experience you become more efficient, so maybe it has something to do with that?

I agree folks, I think Graham has become efficient by doing things for a long time.

I think also as they get older they learn which chords leave harder emotional feels for the ears, so they play with them
